Pat Bond: Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bond serves as our Chief Executive Officer. Pat has over 35 years’ experience in the energy business in various sales, management and executive roles with companies such as Halliburton, Weatherford, Schlumberger and Gravity Oilfield Services. Through his career, Pat has lead companies through all aspects of business life including expansion and contraction, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital and restructuring. Pat serves as a board member of Power On Demand and Permian Basin Petroleum Association (PBPA) and also is advisory board member of Downhole Chemical Solutions and Petroleum Equipment and Services Association (PESA). Pat graduated from The University of Texas with a BS in Petroleum Engineering and is married with 3 children.
Robert Fox: President and Chief Operating Officer
Robert has a wealth of operational expertise, particularly with respect to trucking and logistics, from his many years of senior level management experience with transportation businesses. Robert combines a customer-centric perspective with a very clear understanding that safety is the number one operational priority. We look forward to working with Robert as he helps guide Nuverra's operations to the next level of excellence."
Fox joins Nuverra from Comcar Industries, Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He also previously held senior management positions with Rocor International, Builder's Transport, Inc. and Burlington Northern Motor Holdings, Inc. Fox holds a B.B.A. degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Joseph M. Crabb: Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Crabb serves as our Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. He joined Nuverra in 2014 with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance securities reporting, corporate governance, and merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. He previously was with Squire Sanders LLP as a partner and group leader of the corporate practice group in the firm’s Phoenix office. While at Squire Sanders, Mr. Crabb acted as Nuverra’s outside counsel and assisted the Company with key initiatives related to corporate finance; merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions; corporate governance; and litigation, among other projects. Earlier he was a partner in the Phoenix office of Quarles & Brady LLP. Mr. Crabb received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Iowa, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law.
Eric Bauer: Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bauer joined the Company on April 3, 2020, and serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bauer has over seventeen years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, working primarily on merger and acquisition advisory, equity underwriting, and debt underwriting across all sectors of the energy industry. Mr. Bauer was most recently a Managing Director at Evercore in the Energy Corporate Advisory Business focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bauer has previously worked for both Lehman Brothers and Citi in their Global Energy Groups and worked at Avista Capital Partners focused on private equity investing in the energy industry. Mr. Bauer graduated from Southern Methodist University, where he received a BBA in Finance and a BA in History.
Stephen K. London: Vice President of Business Development
Mr. London serves as our Vice President for Business Development with overall responsibility for new and organic business expansion opportunities, as well as national sales and marketing efforts. He joined Nuverra in 2014 following 34 years with Halliburton in a variety of roles, including Account Vice President based in the company’s Houston office, Regional Sales Manager in Indonesia and Asia Business Development Manager in Malaysia. During his tenure with Halliburton, Mr. London led global expansion and account management efforts for select major accounts, and was responsible for the pursuit, growth and maintenance of key business relationships. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, for which he has chaired and served on numerous boards and committees. Mr. London received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
